gas - microscopic

Maybe you know gas 0095 or heard of the em:t label. Pretty much all em:t releases have become overly hyped collector’s items (you have to pay way more than 100$ for the original gas 0095 for example) which is a shame. Sure the music is good and well done but you should better buy 5 other albums. You can find most of the old em:t stuff as mp3 and flac if you look around a bit. Not “legal” of course, but who are you hurting? em:t is dead and the collector’s may wipe their butts with the booklets in my opinion…

Ok, enough ranting.

gas 0095 has been re-mastered by its author and released as mp3 at http://www.microscopics.co.uk. One track was released for free and that one is the best of the whole album. In my opinion the rest of it isn’t getting near this one.

It’s melodic ambientish electronical music, hard to describe.

Yes, the name is weird. Nevertheless the music is good. Finest Psyambient soundspheres with energetic (that’s not loud or banging) beats. At least Blurred Clouds under the Gloomy Moon will stay on my harddisk forever.
